Established in 2003, Succeeding at Work is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that fosters ethical, social, and professional development, for the purpose of training, educating, motivating, and empowering individuals to excel in life. The organization has trained and helped over 75,000 people.
Education & Leadership Experience
She has 26 years of leadership and management experience, 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, 19 years of leadership and career counseling, 18 years of financial management training experience, and over 16 years of nonprofit experience. She has a Master’s Degree in Professional Development with a concentration in counseling from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University.

She has served in the Children’s Ministry and has led Training and Development, Christian Education, and the Women’s Ministry. Mrs. Martin currently serves with her husband as Grace Group Ministers (in home bible study) for their church. She is also an author, teacher, international speaker, and host a weekly “Believers Way to the Promises of God” podcast.
She is happily married to her fantastic husband Ken. They have three great children Chaneal, Kenneth, Kennedy, and their family dog Sterling.
